Your Replacement Rights

Conditions for Replacements

    In order for the Goods to be eligible for replacement, please ensure that:

    • 1. The Goods were purchased within the last **7 days**.
    • 2. The Goods are in their original packaging.
    • 3. The issue with the Goods is due to: – Manufacturing defects. – Damage during delivery. – Receiving an incorrect product.
    • Non-eligible Goods for Replacement: – Goods that were made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. – Goods that are not suitable for replacement due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. – Goods that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence after delivery.
    We reserve the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.

    Returning Goods for Replacement

    You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us for replacement. Please ensure the Goods are shipped to the following address: Address: A-72, NOIDA, SECTOR 4, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301
    We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to avoid loss or damage during return transit. We cannot process replacements without receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.

    Gifts

    If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to You, the replacement will be shipped directly to You. If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will ship the replacement to the gift giver.
