We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to avoid loss or damage during return transit. We cannot process replacements without receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to You, the replacement will be shipped directly to You. If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will ship the replacement to the gift giver.
